Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and promote the companys trailer products to potential and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist in making suitable product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Process orders and ensure timely and accurate follow-up on deliveries and inquiries.
• Provide feedback and insights to the Sales Manager to help improve sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using MS Office tools.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales department by working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in trailer sales, commercial sales, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
• Must be computer literate, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and solving problems.
