Responsibilities:
Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areasPerform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests
Exceeding guests expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay
Ensuring that all guests special requests, requirements are communicated clearly and are met by all departments

Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and methods
Excellent time keeping skills
Ability to follow SOP standards
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
High level of physical endurance
Ability to work shifts including night shift
