Our client in the Property Sector is currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join their finance team as soon as possible in Observatory.

Duties Include:

• All general Bookkeeping duties.
• All Payroll functions.
• EMP201 Returns.
• EMP501 Returns.
• UIF submissions.
• Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Accounts receivable - Bill of Quantities, Claims, Invoicing and Debt Collection.
• Creditors reconciliations.
• Other duties that would be requested from time to time.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of Payroll software Sage.
• Knowledge of Accounting software Sage One.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet month-end deadlines.
• Knowledge of stock orders , delivery notes and purchase orders.
• A team player.
• Own reliable transport.
• Willingness to learn and self-develop.
• Need to be able to work from home.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Certificates minimum requirement

Starting date: As soon as possible.
