About Us:
A Company contracted to a Pharmaceutical Company requires the services of an Assistant to the ISO / Quality Manager. This company is based in Chloorkop, Kempton Park, and manufactures cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, toiletries, and hard soap bars, committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the ISO/Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 13485, etc.).

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports.
Help in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Track non-conformance reports and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Participate in the preparation and facilitation of external audits.
Coordinate quality training programs for employees.

Maintain quality records and reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485 standards and quality management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Prior experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Project Completion Based Contract

Pay: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
