The primary responsibility will be to market our services to target industries and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our CNC precision engineering services.
• Identify and target potential clients in the wine, packaging, dairy, chemical, and automotive industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products and services to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machines and their applications.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of general engineering principles and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle plus willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the wine, packaging, dairy, chemical, or automotive industries.
• Technical background or engineering degree.
