Generalist Recruitment Consultant

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to placing candidates.

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Write and post job adverts that attract suitable candidates for different roles.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications and suitability for roles, and provide feedback to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and advising them on best recruitment practices.
• Handle a variety of roles across different sectors, such as finance, engineering, IT, and more.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates, including interview preparation, feedback, and post-placement follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs set by the company.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably as a generalist handling various industries.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates through innovative methods.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
