Sales Assistant / Receptionist

The ideal candidate should be friendly, engaging, organized, and proficient in computer skills, with experience preferably in a company that manages a warehouse and tangible products.

Duties:

• Handle receptionist duties, customer liaison, quotes, invoicing, and support the Debtors Clerk.
• Manage costing, stock control, and reporting spreadsheets.
• Assist customers with product sales and orders in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain and grow customer accounts, establish new business, and generate leads.
• Ensure excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform general administrative tasks while adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric
• Own transport and a valid driver's licence
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
