The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of an N6 in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and/or Instrumentation Technology.
• A Red Seal Electrical Trade Test.
• A minimum of 5 years post trade test experience in a fast-paced automated continuous operation manufacturing environment such as FMCG, plastics manufacturing or Packaging.
• Love for their trade and the assets they care for.

1. Know and understand the plant and equipment design and technical specifications and standards.
2. Need to understand and manage the spare components/parts supply chain.
3. Measure and report.
4. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
5. Ensure that calibration of cement & trolley scales happens on a weekly basis.
