Commercial Fleet Sales & Product Support Representative

The candidate must possess excellent knowledge of Mercedes Benz, Man, Volvo, Scania, Cummins, Detroit, applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers in South and Southern Africa regarding turbochargers and diesel fuel injection systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly in the commercial on highway and off highway market segments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide product training to customers and internal team members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in product support or related field.
• knowledge of diesel engines important.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good connections in the commercial on highway and off highway market segments.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within South and Southern Africa.
• Valid driver's license.
