UI/UX Designer

Our Client in the UK is looking for UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our customers. We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who can effectively communicate with our audience through compelling content.
ResponsibilitiesUser-Centric Content Creation, Develop and implement content strategies that prioritize user needs and experiences.
Ensure all content aligns with our user-centered design principles and guidelines.
Advocate for a user-centric approach within the team and organization.
Journey Mapping and Optimization, Map customer purchase journeys to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Content Development and Curation, Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, Curate and manage content assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration, Work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Contribute to agile development processes and participate in user research activities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate, informative content.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Ensure that all content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to content creation and compliance.
Maintain a strong understanding of privacy regulations and data protection laws.
Design Team Leadership, Represent the content design team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Advocate for a user-centered approach within the organization.
Qualification5 years’ experience in the Digital, Designer, content space
Proven track record user centred content strategy and creation.
Expert understanding of user journey mapping and identifying risks. Preferably within an ecommerce/transactional/purchasing context.
Experience working with AGILE multi-disciplined teams – User Researchers, Product Owners, Designers, etc.
Comprehensive commercial portfolio of elegant content creation/copywriting.
Strong understanding of content publishing on various CMS platforms (and the constraints that come with each) – particularly AEM.
