PHP Software Engineering Team Lead – Pretoria/ Hybrid – R1.2 PA

We are currently seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead (PHP) to join the team. This role involves leading a team of software engineers, overseeing the development and maintenance of PHP-based applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs, MySQL/MariaDB, and version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment strategies is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
