In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring that day-to-day tasks are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize digital files, ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
  • Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members and clients.
  • Coordinate communication, including emails and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with data entry, research, and reporting tasks as needed.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines and following up with team members.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and database management.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
