As a Finance Manager (Commercial), youll be at the forefront of financial strategy, shaping key business decisions and providing financial insights that directly impact our growth. Were looking for a forward-thinking leader to manage, optimize, and elevate our commercial finance operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our commercial operations.
• Provide strategic analysis to support business decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with global financial policies and local regulations.
• Monitor key financial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Managing and analyzing trade discounts, incentives and other gross-to-net deductions.
• Sales and general admin expenses management.
• Perform risk and opportunity and sensitivity/scenario analysis for forecasting.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure profitability.
• Partner with the Supply Chain Finance and other finance teams to analyze monthly performance.
• Develop commercial insights and sensitivity analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bcom Accounting degree
• CA(SA) OR CIMA would be advantageous
• Leadership skills is essential
• Management exposure in a manufacturing or FMCG industry leading a FP&A team
• Power BI
• SAP
