Parts sales and warranty clerk

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in parts sales of diesel engines (generator parts beneficial).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in parts sales of diesel engines (generator parts beneficial).
• Experience with IVECO parts sales and interpretation.
• Previous experience is processing warranty claims.
• Must have a good understanding of mechanical repairs and able to provide customers with advice on parts needed.
• Knowledge in repairs and maintenance on generators will be advantageous.
• Exceptional level of customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, using writing and telephonically means to assist the customer to understand the Companys products and identify solutions to fit their needs, whilst generating sales.
• Must be computer literate, skilled in Excel.
• Must be able to work after hours when required.
