Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships, take responsibility for a portfolio of attorneys.
- Combination of both internal and external relationship development on the product and service to brokers and clients that they already have a relationship with, resulting in new business and renewals of annual business.
- Action all requests from Heads of Division.
- Facilitate renewals and invoicing on annual business to ensure organic growth and maintain profitability of the division.
- Premium collection and allocation
- Submission of documents to Masters office runners
- Legal qualification / BCom qualification
- Self-management (can organise work space, time)
- Good communication (including writing and presentation skills)
- Negotiation (internal & external)
- Sales and marketing
- Relationship management skills (have the right approach with the right people)
- Well-presented / representative of company's image
- Good knowledge of MS Office Intermediate level (including - - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Career orientated
- Ability to travel locally attend functions and client meetings
- Service and maintain clients, annually renewing policies of allocated clients.
- Drawing up of bonds and endorsements requested.
- Pursue the collection of premiums on clients within your client base.
- Administration of policies on the policy administration system
- Ad hoc requests from clients and or team members
- Interact on a day-to-day basis with brokers and clients.
- Customer service: Provide timely and professional customer service
- Effective communication: Communicate as needed to obtain information needed to complete transactions, etc
- Continuous Process Improvement: Ensure full compliance to all processes, policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement
- Employee Growth: Take responsibility for your own career growth and have regular discussions with the Division Heads
