HR Administrator - Food Manufacturing

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their client's team in the food manufacturing sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the HR function while supporting a dynamic workplace.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and support the optimization of HR technology systems for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Implement and manage global employee self-service solutions for HR-related tasks, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Provide high-quality service in response to management and employee queries and requests.
  • Follow and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and organizational needs.
  • Facilitate the integration of new employees into the workflow and promote team spirit.
  • Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with external interfaces.
  • Initiate improvements to enhance workflows and processes.
  • Advocate for optimal and consistent use of digital systems and identify opportunities for end-to-end digitization of business processes.
  • Act with economic and cost-conscious practices while responsibly managing available resources.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations/processes.
  • Document efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.
  • Maintain state-of-the-art structures, processes, and tools for managing employee and organizational data, including personal records, job history, and structural data.
  • Train and support the organization in utilizing HR tools effectively in daily applications.
  • Implement a framework for HR administrative tasks, including time management, payroll services, internal transfers, and organizational changes.
  • Facilitate operational application of HR structures and provide reports and structural services, such as mass uploads.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes focused on workforce management, retirement, and organizational position management to enhance operational efficiency and support their utilization.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or other relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • MUST reside in or close to Paarl
  • Experience with Sage VIP Payroll and SAP/Citrix/SuccessFactors is advantageous.
  • BBBEE administration experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality.
