All living things have seeds. These seeds hold the clue for what will emerge. The seeds of plants, animals and human beings determine what will emerge physically. This is all managed by Nature. Business is not Nature.

We need to learn to manage human seedhood better and put things in place to enable and encourage this so that we link what grows to our seed.

1. Feed our seedhood.
2. Manage the structure, currency and completeness of all staff-related documentation.
3. Have organograms with supporting Picture Statements and Job Descriptions
4. Evaluate staff against their Job Description
5. PDPs ranked and training happening
6. Admin, measure and reporting

Skill and Experience:

• Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Human Resource Administrative experience.
• Openness to additional ways of thinking about people over and above the current Social Paradigms
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Cares but is not everyone's 'mate'
• Work independently.
