National Sales Manager

Requirements:

• A Sales and Marketing degree or a Business Management degree.
• 5-8 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial sales position at a medium-sized company.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and manage the Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Ensure product offerings are current, relevant, and aligned with industry trends.
• Identify new revenue streams and collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to update the marketing plan for financial targets.
• Oversee the execution of the marketing plan across all departments.
• Coordinate and attend sales events to generate leads.

Sales Management and Financial Targets:

• Plan and manage financial budgets to meet capacity and performance goals.
• Track weekly sales performance, addressing concerns and managing conversions.
• Motivate and assist sales teams to meet targets, including digital sales enquiries.

Sales Tools and Training:

• Provide sales teams with necessary tools (e.g., fact sheets, forms, presentations).
• Organise annual sales training and travel for sales checks and additional training.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, analysing performance and highlighting action areas.
• Supply departments with capacity and budget data to meet targets.

Policies and Procedures:

• Develop, implement, and regularly review sales-related policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate business risk.

Salary: R504 000 - R540 000
