We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CS Administrator to manage customer service and administrative duties professionally and efficiently, at a well-established automotive company in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for new and returning customers and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Capture and update customer data accurately.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating to management when needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Assist with switchboard operations during receptionist breaks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in industry-relevant systems.
  • Relevant experience in the motor industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
