Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support Provide high-level administrative support to the Group Chairman, managing daily operations and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Manage and coordinate the Chairmans calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Chairman when appropriate.
  • Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the Chairman is well-prepared.
  • Take minutes during meetings, follow up on action items, and track deadlines.

Strategic Coordination & Communication:

  • Act s the primary liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Facilitate decision-making by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
  • Represent the Chairman in meetings when necessary and provide key updates.
  • Assist in drafting business correspondence, reports, and strategic proposals.
Project & Event Management
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives led by the Chairman, ensuring timely execution.
  • Plan and organize high-level events, board meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, speaking engagements, and networking events.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize key documents, contracts, and records.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Experience in the IT industry or a fast-paced corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance, board management, and executive reporting.
