Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner
  • Scheduling of appointments.
  • Contacting newly referred clients for appointments.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintaining professional communication.
  • Switchboard management.
  • Collection of payments and issuing invoices
  • Dealing with claim queries
  • Manage petty cash for the branch.
  • Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy.
  • Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc.

Requirements:

  • Matric and relevant qualification
  • Reception and administrative experience is required
  • Accounts background will prove advantageous
  • Experience with Elixir Software
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Well-acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude
  • Good communication skills & attention to detail is crucial
