Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Contacting newly referred clients for appointments.
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Maintaining professional communication.
- Switchboard management.
- Collection of payments and issuing invoices
- Dealing with claim queries
- Manage petty cash for the branch.
- Ensure the practice is always neat and tidy.
- Performing general admin tasks eg filing, typing etc.
Requirements:
- Matric and relevant qualification
- Reception and administrative experience is required
- Accounts background will prove advantageous
- Experience with Elixir Software
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Well-acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite
- Friendly, presentable, confident, professional attitude
- Good communication skills & attention to detail is crucial
