1. MACHINE(S) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure compliance of quality plans.
• Monitor and control machine budgets (On time, budget, quality, efficiency).
• Monitoring machine productivity, identify interventions.

1. MACHINE(S) EXECUTION MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Responsible for safety & quality of machine execution.
• Contractual & safety compliance audits
• Ensure accurate & realtime administration, data capturing, utilisation of information
• Technical advice to drilling teams
• Responsible for effective resourcing of equipment (Incl tools, inventory, plant, machinery, staff)

1. STEAKHOLDER RELATIONS:

• Manage relations with Clients, mines, sub-contractors
• Effective relations with Spuuly chain, HR, IT, finance & SHEQ
• Full responsibility for legal Appointment(s)

1. TEAM LEADERSHIP:

• Perform Visible Felt Leadership on site
• Supervise site drilling team
• Selection, development & motivation to the team
• Manage & & monitoring team performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Operational experience: Min 3 years
• Supervisor experience in mining: Min 3 years
