Professional Quantity Surveyor

You will work closely with clients to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Analyzing and evaluating construction contracts and specifications
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Managing project costs and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery

• Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

• Salary negotiable
