Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to:Â
  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages.
  • Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Data capturing:Â Updating customer profiles and detailsÂ
  • Cold Calling:Â Reaching out to potential new clientsÂ
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned my ManagementÂ
Qualifications:Â
  • Matric certificateÂ
  • Valid Driver's license and OWN vehicleÂ
  • English and Afrikaans (Third language would be advantageous)Â
  • Computer literacy, with knowledge of Social media platformsÂ
