Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property management processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property management, specifically in a commercial setting.
• Strong operational background with a proven track record in budget management and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in MDA (Property Management Software) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to property management challenges.
