Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in an assisting management role, with a strong emphasis on sales experience.
- Completion of a 2-week training program.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment conducive to employee growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
