Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Key Account Managers with quotes and bookings to support sales growth.
• Achieve a quarterly booking target of 300+ bookings.
• Facilitate the internal sales process for new account openings.
• Ensure all legal company documents are completed and submitted before account activation.
• Communicate new client requirements to relevant departments (Operations, Branch Managers, Accounts, Fleet).
• Monitor and manage customer credit limits, ensuring all accounts remain within their limits by overseeing invoice and statement distribution and resolving queries promptly.
• Source fleet through the National Operations Manager and collaborate with branch managers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide sales reports and assist the National Sales Manager with monthly updates from KAMs.
• Track and manage sales leads through HubSpot CRM.
• Act as a key liaison between departments on behalf of KAMs.
• Maintain and update the Key Account Manager sales dashboard.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales coordination within the car rental industry.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM or similar systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary is R10 000 CTC plus R250 Cellphone allowance per month
