Marketing Manager

Job & Company Description:

An exhilarating opportunity is available for Marketing Manager who is an independent ambitious professional to develop and give effect to the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and ensure visibility within the market on all services offered.

The successful candidate will also be responsible to conduct research to identify possibilities within the market and improve customer engagement through online platforms and action agreed items.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Marketing strategy development
• Marketing and brand management
• Digital marketing
• Lead generation
• Research and analysis

As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.

The requirements:

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing (NQF 7) or equivalent (non-negotiable)
• Functional Training: Safety Management Systems and Company Systems and Winfreight Operations and Finance

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Business-to-Business marketing
• 1 Year experience in the logistics or airfreight industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation and content creation
• Experience in market research, data interpretation and reporting

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Winfreight Operations and Finance system
• Knowledge of other company systems as introduced from time to time
• People management and project management
• Company and customer expertise
• Value based selling
• Writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Adaptability and ability to think laterally and creative in crisis situations
• Conflict and customer complaint resolution and negotiation skills
