Retail Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial performance of retail properties, focusing on value maximization and asset growth.
• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans.
• Conduct regular property valuations, financial analysis, and forecasting to monitor performance.
• Manage property investments, including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio adjustments.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and tenant agreements in line with asset strategies.
• Work closely with property management teams to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and make recommendations for adjustments to property holdings.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on asset performance, strategies, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in asset management, specifically in the retail or real estate sector.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in property valuation, portfolio management, and financial forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and trends, particularly in the retail sector.
• Ability to develop and implement asset management strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong relationship-building skills with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
