Branch Manager, Port Elizabeth

Location: Port Elizabeth (responsible for East London and George branches as well)

My client is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive profitability, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company strategies.
  • Drive cost-effective operations while meeting budget and KPI targets.
  • Oversee staff, including Administrators, Technicians, logistics teams, and Warehouse Assistants.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and exceed service expectations.
  • Manage inventory, fleet, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and staff development.
  • Travel to East London and George quarterly to oversee regional operations.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Operations Management qualification advantageous).
  • 4-6 years’ experience in operations management.
  • 2-3 years’ administrative experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive operational excellence.
