Management Accountant/Bookkeeper - CPT Southern Subrubs

1. Experience with SARS compliance and tax submissions (EMP201, EMP501, VAT201).
2. Create & maintain yearly financial statements.
3. Ensuring adherence to all rules and accounting guidelines.
4. Oversee work in progress, making sure that income is recognized on schedule and that the right paperwork is in place.
5. Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, making sure that vendors are paid on time & accurately.
6. Create & maintain financial systems & processes to guarantee efficient control & implementation.
7. File VAT201, EMP201, and EMP501 returns while making sure all tax laws are followed.
8. In charge of any potential SARS audits.
9. Oversee weekly cash flow forecasting & reporting to preserve financial stability and liquidity.
10. Make that all assets are accurately listed & accounted for by maintaining & reconciling the fixed assets register.
