Group Supply Chain Manager

Travel to key sites will be necessary, especially during the on-boarding phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy.
• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement, and freight management.
• Optimise supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to monitor success and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee change management initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in a global or regional role.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, demand forecasting, supplier management, and freight optimisation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and analytics tools.
