Invoice Clerk

Salary: ZAR10000 - ZAR Per month

Job Duties:

• Processing and verifying invoices
• Ensuring accurate and timely payments
• Resolving invoice discrepancies
• Maintaining financial records and documentation
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualification in Accounting preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing
• Experience in a similar role in the accounting industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certification in Accounting or related field
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role
• Normal working hours, Monday to Friday
• Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods
