Job Description
Coordinating the development programme for up-skilling, training and incubating subcontractors.
Compiling, developing and reviewing agreements and amendments related to subcontractor contracts.
Conducting Market Research.
Tracking and monitoring tender bulletins and identifying new business opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and adherence to the contract requirements.
Contract management, writing of SLA’s and management of maintenance agreements.
Preparing budgets, analyzing financial stats and trends as required.
Supporting the management of subcontractors and proactively identifying challenges and facilitate resolution of issues speedily.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree- 4 years experience in a similar role
Experience in contract management and reviewing agreements
Basic Accounting skills essential
Advanced Excel skills
