Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development:

Learn about FICA regulations and the onboarding process through training and hands-on experience.

Client Onboarding Support:

Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation (ID, proof of address) to ensure it meets FICA requirements.

FICA Documentation Review:

Help review client documents for accuracy and completeness.

Regulatory Compliance Assistance:

Support compliance checks and assist with client verification.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance:

Enter and maintain client information in our systems.

Client Communication:

Communicate with clients to request missing or incorrect documents.

Risk Assistance:

Learn to identify potential high-risk clients and escalate concerns to senior staff.

Team Collaboration:

Work with other teams like legal, compliance, and sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background:

Recent graduate with a degree in Compliance, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
