Finance Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to bridge operational needs with IT solutions, ensuring accurate data integration and reliable reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations, to support data-driven decision-making across mining operations.
• Oversee the management and optimization of performance management data warehouses, providing essential insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand specific reporting requirements and create tailored solutions that address business needs.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing reporting accuracy and driving operational excellence in the mining sector.
• Support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new reporting systems and processes.
• TM1 experience is essential for complex financial modelling and analysis.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with TM1 (Planning and Reporting) solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, or HFM will be beneficial.
