Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Sales Operations Manager (Business Manager).

Responsibilities:

  • Align commercial and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights to drive commercial success and ensure effective execution of commercial plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration among sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  • Develop and implement lead classification and management processes for optimal conversion rates.
  • Oversee the design and management of sales systems, including CRM platforms, ensuring efficiency and user adoption.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and mitigate risks.
  • Handle commercial contract renewals for strategic and regional clients.
  • Monitor adherence to commercial policies and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to update performance metrics and coordinate special projects.

Qualifications:
