Job Overview:
We are seeking an lady Admin Clerk to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the daily operations efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist in processing and monitoring orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Organize meetings and schedule appointments
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles imperative
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Matric
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Afrikaans and English
- Previous experience in a Logistics environment advantageous
- Must have own transport
- Must be available immediately
