Hire Resolve - Senior Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical engineering projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Prepare and present project reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in electrical engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
