Job Duties:

• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Provide support in the preparation of project status reports and presentations
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Assist in identifying and resolving project issues

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

1. 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the mining industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Understanding of project management principles
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Working Conditions:

This role will be based in an office environment with occasional site visits required. Standard working hours apply, with the possibility of overtime during peak project periods.
