Job Description: Property Broker
Location: Cape Town
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property Broker to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful property transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate property transactions
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and property values
- Negotiate and finalize property deals on behalf of clients
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the buying or selling process
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Broker
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
