Position Overview:

Are you an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Pro Process seeks a dynamic Sales Administrator to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of schedules, appointments, travel, and filing systems for sales and marketing teams.
  • Corporate client vendor portal registrations and maintain customer databasis and CRM systems.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support sales prposals, quotes, contracts and process sales orders
  • Organise sales and marketing events, including logistical coordination.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, meetings and collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma or higher certificate in administration – Desirable
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and autonomy
  • Strong team player with excellent coordination skills
  • Accountable, trustworthy and responsible
