Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice on the range of vehicles available.
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and strong closing skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest models, features, and specifications.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries, manage test drives, and provide detailed product demonstrations.
• Process sales paperwork efficiently and ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute marketing strategies and sales promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in new vehicle sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing top-tier service.
• Valid driver's license.
