Administration Clerk – High-Energy, Detail-Oriented Role

We are looking for a dynamic Administrator with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to logistics and customer service. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling waybills, sales orders, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous Documentation – Ensure accuracy in waybills, sales orders, addresses, and contact details.
  • Tech-Savvy & Pastel Proficiency – Full computer literacy with Pastel experience as a must-have.
  • Courier & Logistics Knowledge – Understand courier operations and tracking processes.
  • Customer-Facing Support – Confident in handling phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, and addressing queries.
  • Strong Communication Skills – A professional, clear speaking voice with bilingual proficiency (English & Afrikaans).
  • Geographical Awareness – Must confidently differentiate between Paris, France and Parys, OFS (and similar nuances).
  • Team Player & Quick Learner – Willing to step up, assist colleagues, and adapt to workload fluctuations.
  • Stock Management – Assist with stock counts and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Proactive Approach – Follow up on deliveries to ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) is received.
  • Administrative Support – Maintain and organize dispatch records and filing systems.
