Dante Personnel Recruitment - Architect Project Manager

Responsible for the managing, delivering, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the WCGDoI programme.

The candidate will not be doing design work but will be managing the professional team on a project and will be doing Architectural Report and Invoice reviews.

Minimum requirements:

• MUST be professionally registered with SACAP with at least 3 year post-registration experience (PrArch)
• MUST have BAS / BTech Architecure
• MUST have experience with JBCC and NEC

• Ensuring adherence with cashflow and programme.
• Drafting cashflow and programme.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Keeping the server up to date at all times.
• Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
• Managing procurement.
• Managing consultants appointments and performance.
• Managing contractors appointments and performance.
• Complying with all processes and protocols.
• Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
• Checking invoices and their correctness.
• Professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.
• Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.
• Reviews of invoices.
• Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.
• Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.
• Manage, develop, and sustain effective working relations with internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultants appointments.
