Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales administrative activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping of new stores and ensuring accounts are open on the system
- Place manual orders, staff sales, and sample stock orders on the system
- Update discount matrix
- Make sure deals and orders are aligned
- Cancel old and missed orders
- Reinstate incorrectly invoiced orders
- Daily reports:
- Outstanding orders vs invoiced orders
- Updating of Master Sales
- BL Sales Report
- BIC Report
Educational Qualifications:
- Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Sage Evolution
- Experience in a food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
