Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales administrative activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mapping of new stores and ensuring accounts are open on the system
  • Place manual orders, staff sales, and sample stock orders on the system
  • Update discount matrix
  • Make sure deals and orders are aligned
  • Cancel old and missed orders
  • Reinstate incorrectly invoiced orders
  • Daily reports:
  • Outstanding orders vs invoiced orders
  • Updating of Master Sales
  • BL Sales Report
  • BIC Report

Educational Qualifications:

  • Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sage Evolution
  • Experience in a food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
