• Bachelors Degree/ Advanced Diploma in an Information Technology or a Computer Science related qualification.
• Postgraduate in Information Technology or a Computer Science related qualification.

• Relevant 9-10 years experience in an Information Technology or Applications Development/Enterprise Resource Planning related environment of which 3 (three) years.
• Must have been on a management level/area of expertise.
• Proven experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
• Must have SAP ERP environment experience

Technical Experience Required:

• Successful implementation of Digital Transformation operational plans.
• Provide input into the development of the digital transformation business strategy and plan that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
• Application development and business intelligence
• Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
• Oversee the development, review, and certification of all backup and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
• Oversee the development of a plan to implement key initiatives (application systems) and obtain sign-off from the Head.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning and other business applications. Provide support for these business applications.
