We have a vacancy for a dedicated Administrator with a large, fast-selling branded dealership in Eastern Cape.

Duties and Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently; Conduct DCS updates and follow up with customers at specified intervals; Perform customer follow-ups to support workshop growth; Capture and update data accurately on Evolve; Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary; Perform general administrative and record-keeping tasks; Complete daily activity reports; Assist with the switchboard during receptionist lunch breaks; Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code policies; Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a similar administrative or customer service role within the Motor Industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Relevant experience in the Motor Industry.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems such as Evolve.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Clear criminal record.
