Manager, Operation DAP (Diammonium Phosphate)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the DAP plant to ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance and improve efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain quality standards and maximize output.
• Lead a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control protocols.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare reports on plant performance, production metrics, and operational KPIs for seniormanagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role in a DAP manufacturing plant.
• In-depth knowledge of Diammonium Phosphate production processes and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for chemical manufacturing.
