HR Generalist - Premier Restaurant Chain

Salary: R35,000 – R45,000 (negotiable)

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. If you are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and have strong HR experience within the hospitality industry, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes tailored to hospitality roles.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospitality industry regulations.
• Administer benefits, respond to employee inquiries, and support compensation-related matters.
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on customer service and compliance.
• Oversee performance evaluations and provide coaching for employee development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and uphold confidentiality.
• Implement employee retention and engagement strategies to reduce turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices specific to hospitality and relevant labour laws.
• Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and payroll systems.
